  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers following sales scripts.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management team.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Handle objections and rejection in a positive and professional manner.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert into successful sales transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and report on progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong ability to engage clients over the phone and build rapport.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking software is desirable.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • High school diploma; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
