Role Overview

You’ll own the telephony infrastructure powering high-volume outbound and inbound phone sales operations across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

• Integrate and manage VoIP providers (Twilio, SIP, Aircall, Vonage, etc.)
• Build and optimize auto-dialers and intelligent call routing
• Manage call recording, latency, uptime, and failover systems
• Optimize call costs and international number provisioning
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues in real time
• Work closely with Engineering and AI teams
