The Telemarketing Executive is a dynamic and customer-focused individual responsible for generating quality leads and driving sales through effective telephone communication. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through thorough market research and calling activities.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Present and explain the benefits and features of products to prospective customers.
  • Manage and update customer databases with detailed notes following each call.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints courteously and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful closures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and product knowledge.
  • Report regularly to sales management on call activity, leads generated, and sales results.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitors' products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle rejection effectively.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with clients at all times.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for customer engagement.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing is a plus.
