Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs and objections effectively and professionally.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and increase sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and appointment-setting quotas.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products to address and overcome client objections.
  • Continuously update and improve knowledge of industry trends and changes.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong focus on active listening.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and telemarketing tools.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
