Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure proper tracking using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong persuasive skills with a knack for closing sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for tracking sales activities.
