On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Conduct outbound and take inbound calls to existing and potential guests to promote:
• Gaming programs and incentives
• Special events, tournaments, and promotions
• VIP and loyalty program benefits
• Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue contribution
• Provide guests with accurate information about:
• Gaming offerings
• Resort amenities
• Promotions and packages
• Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates
• Identify high-value players and escalate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns and outreach strategies
  

About You

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service (gaming or hospitality is a must)
• Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and multi-lingual (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin preferred)
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
• Proficient in Opera, CRM and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
