Your Mission
The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) & Telecom Tender Manager is responsible for managing the full tendering process for ELV & Telecom systems—ensuring competitive, compliant, and highquality technical and commercial proposals. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers & internal departments to deliver winning bids, while optimizing costs and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

- Lead the endtoend preparation, submission, and administration of ELV tenders.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare tender deliverables, compliance matrices, technical proposals, and cost summaries.
- Ensure timely submission of all tenders in line with deadlines and client expectations.
- Technical Evaluation & Solution Design
- Evaluate project needs and propose appropriate ELV & Telecom system solutions such as:
- CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, PIDS, LAN, SCS, IP Telephone, SDH, DWDM, IPTV, AV systems, etc.
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams to develop system architecture layouts and schematics.
- Validate compliance with international standards (NFPA, BS, EN, UL, local codes).
- Estimation & Costing
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, Project BOQ, Interconnection Drawings etc.
- Prepare cost estimates including equipment, materials, engineering & project management, subcontracting, and overheads.
- Obtain competitive quotes from vendors and negotiate pricing.
- Perform margin analysis and ensure profitability for each bid.
- CrossFunctional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, Contracts and project management.
- Participate in internal review meetings to align tender strategy and risk assessments.
- Support sales teams with prebid and postbid clarifications.
- Client & Vendor Engagement
- Attend site surveys, prebid meetings, and technical discussions.
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers to secure optimal pricing and product support.
- Respond to client queries and provide technical clarifications as required.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all submissions meet company standards, client specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, bid presentations, and technical submissions.
- Maintain tender documentation, cost databases, and project records.
About You
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in ELV& Telecom tendering, proposals, or estimation roles.
- Strong exposure to ELV& Telecom systems design, integration, and product
- Experience with largescale projectsin Oil & Gas Industry EPCs, Consultants & End Users
Technical Skills
- Proficiencyin ELV & Telecom systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, PIDS, LAN, Structured Cabling, IP Telephone, SDH, DWDM, IPTV, AV systems, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IFC drawings, layouts, and system schematics.
- Knowledge of estimation tools, MS Office, and relevant design software.
- Familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, BS, EN, UL, etc.
Soft Skills
- Excellent project coordination and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Accuracy of cost estimates vs actual project cost.
- On-time submission of tenders.
- Quality and compliance of technical submissions.
