Job Description
A telecalling executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, services, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and sales.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and track progress.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the products or services offered.
