Job Description

Elegant & Exotic Technical Works LLC is a Dubai-based property maintenance and technical services company providing AC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, general maintenance, and AMC services for residential and commercial properties.

Job Description: -
We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and promote our property maintenance services. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and have strong communication and sales skills.r


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Contact real estate agents, property managers, and potential clients.
  • Promote company maintenance and AMC services.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Convert leads into confirmed jobs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.

  • Desired Skills:
  • Sales experience, preferably in property maintenance or technical services.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage.

Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai
Visa Requirement: Candidate should have a valid UAE visa with at least 3–6 months remaining validity to allow sufficient time for performance evaluation.
