Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
 

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offerings clearly and confidently
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
     

Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
