Job Description

As a Tele Sales Executive specializing in Credit Card Sales, your role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and achieving sales targets for our financial products. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our credit card offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge, and persuading them to apply for our products. This position requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of consumer finance, and the ability to work in a dynamic sales environment. You will need to manage relationships with prospective customers, answer their queries, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to convert leads into successful sales, contributing to the growth and profitability of our credit card portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone to promote credit card products and services.
  • Ensure daily and weekly call targets are met as per organizational standards.
  • Provide detailed information about credit card features and benefits to customers.
  • Identify potential customer needs and tailor sales pitch to suit their requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of prospective customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to enhance sales techniques.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of credit card terms and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure customer satisfaction post-transaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
