Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential customers through telephone calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present appropriate products or services, and drive results through sales. You will manage high volumes of calls, generate leads, and open new sales opportunities. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product improvements. Your success in this role will be characterized by your ability to build rapport with customers, negotiate effectively, and close deals.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch the company’s products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer outreach strategies.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other KPIs as set by the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and sales skills continuously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales deals.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas to increase sales and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least one year as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in communication and negotiation with the ability to close deals.
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is a plus.
