Job Description

The Tele Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the sales of a company through direct interaction with potential and existing customers over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via telephone to explain products and services offered.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services for each lead.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to secure recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective phone communications.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities for business growth.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions in the CRM system efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions to customer queries.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and participate in team meetings actively.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and feedback from supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory for this role.
  • Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets independently.
