Job Description

As a Tele Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers and closing sales over the phone. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys positioning products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers. You will be expected to understand the customer’s unique requirements, identify opportunities for selling additional solutions, and achieve or exceed sales targets consistently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor on every call.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide guidance and detailed product information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Perform follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and upsell additional services.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer objections smoothly and manage complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to elevate sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Track personal sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Engage in positive client interaction to establish strong and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales, sales, or a related customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed specified sales targets regularly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in maintaining updated records.
  • Strong persuasion skills to influence customer purchasing decisions effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
