Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing them with information regarding our products or services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will focus on converting leads, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and answering any questions or concerns they might have. The successful candidate should be persuasive, confident, and have the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow communication scripts to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with past and potential clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries both via phone and email, providing accurate information.
  • Build relationships with customers by providing support and solutions to their inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of all conversations and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales opportunities and meet targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and concerns to help guide marketing efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve your skills and performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for calls made and leads converted.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude during calls.
  • Competent with computers, especially handling CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly, patient, and capable of establishing supportive relationships with clients.
