Job Description

A Tele Caller is a vital member of the customer service and sales team, serving as the bridge between the company and potential clients. This position is primarily responsible for making outbound telephone calls to solicit sales and gather information. The Tele Caller will engage with potential clients, providing them with comprehensive information about the company's products or services, resolving inquiries, and nurturing positive relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent verbal communication skills, have a persuasive yet understanding nature, and have the ability to handle objections. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of communications and providing feedback to the management team to help improve business strategies and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services or products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively address customer queries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage and update the customer database with relevant information after each call.
  • Listen actively to clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and patient manner.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and call targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer acquisition strategies and sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends and company updates to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues to improve performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and records at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service position.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are necessary.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address clients' needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is considered an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in using standard office software like MS Word and Excel.
