Job Description

As a Tele-caller, you will serve as the voice of our company, engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your main objective will be building rapport with potential clients and ensuring customer satisfaction, while generating leads and sales opportunities. You will be integral in driving our growth and expansion by skillfully communicating our value proposition. You should be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with our sales team, and have a knack for influencing the decisions of customers. If you have strong communication skills and you’re passionate about engaging with people, we’d love to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to engage effectively with clients.
  • Generate potential leads to pass along to the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Answer questions about products or the company, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in handling customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Record customer information accurately and in compliance with company policy.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and win their trust.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and with professionalism.
  • Keep track of key metrics such as call volumes, conversation quality, and feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn new strategies.
  • Stay current with company services, pricing, and policy changes and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a related customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and common tele-calling practices and metrics.
  • Patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and a focus on service consistency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
