Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele-caller to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and outreach efforts. You will contact potential clients to discuss our products and services, aiming to establish a positive and professional relationship. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries accurately.
  • Meet or exceed the set daily and monthly call targets.
  • Update customer information and call updates in the database accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all clients.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales performance.
  • Provide daily reports on call activities and achieved targets.
  • Continuously develop strategies to effectively pitch and close sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or telemarketing role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive ability are crucial.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexible to work shifts and handle calls during high demand periods.
