Job Description

Nuestro Cliente, Importante Grupo Empresarial En Expansión Del Sector Servicios, Precisa Incorporar Un Técnico De RRHH En Su Sede De Burgos. En Dependencia Del Responsable De RRHH Del Grupo, La Persona Seleccionada Participará En Todos Los Procesos De Gestión De Personas Que Se Lideran Desde El Departamento. Entre Las Funciones Más Relevantes Asignadas Al Puesto Están

  • Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Gestión del sistema de PRL.
  • Administración laboral.

Los Requisitos Del Perfil Son Los Siguientes

  • Formación rama RRHH, Derecho o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares (imprescindible haber gestionado procesos de selección).
  • Se valorará la experiencia previa en administración laboral.
  • Nivel avanzado informática, manejo de software RRHH.
  • Competencias clave: polivalencia, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa.

Se ofrece contrato estable, banda salarial acorde a nivel de experiencia y plan de desarrollo.
