Role Overview

We are seeking Technology Engineer – MongoDB to manage and optimize enterprise MongoDB environments supporting large-scale banking applications. The role focuses on database administration, high availability, performance tuning, migration, automation, and operational excellence across distributed database environments.

Key Responsibilities

MongoDB Administration

• Administer MongoDB Replica Sets, Sharding, and distributed database environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and database migrations.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor database health, performance, and capacity.
  
  

• Optimize MongoDB performance through query tuning and indexing strategies.
• Manage MongoDB Ops Manager and operational monitoring.
• Automate database administration tasks using scripting and automation tools.
• Ensure database security, availability, and reliability.
  
  

• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams on database initiatives.
• Support multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in production support and incident resolution.
