Technology Engineer - DevOps PaaS

We are seeking a skilled Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS) to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement in a PaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team
• Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform) environments
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
• Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies
• Support release management and deployment activities
  
  

• Strong experience in DevOps PaaS environments
• Hands-on expertise in OpenShift Administration
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines
• Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
  
  

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments
• Certification in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
