Techno-Functional Consultant Xstore And SIOCS

The potential candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting retail store and inventory systems, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Retail Xstore and SIOCS.<br>________________________________________<br>Desired Skills<br>Must Have<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail Xstore (Fixed POS and Mobile POS) including POS flows, tenders, promotions, returns, and store operations<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS, including inventory movements, adjustments, receiving, transfers, and stock counting processes<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience working on Xstore and SIOCS integrations (inbound and outbound) with systems such as OMS, RMS, loyalty, and payment providers<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowledge of payment integrations and end-to-end POS transaction flows<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT cycles, including test scenario preparation, execution, and defect management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience in store rollouts, go-live support, and hyper care<br>Good to Have<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with RICS and its integration with SIOCS and RMS<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Exposure to other Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, ReSA, RPM, or OMS systems<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience working in integration-heavy retail environments<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies<br>________________________________________<br><br><br><br>Responsibilities<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Act as a techno-functional SME for Xstore and SIOCS across projects and support initiatives<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support enhancements, feature rollouts, and configuration changes in Xstore and SIOCS<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate and support system integrations between POS, inventory, and other retail systems<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios, and manage defect triage with technical teams<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support production issues, perform functional analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in release validation and post-deployment support<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work closely with business users, product teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and interface validation documents<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams<br><br></div>
