Job Description

To carryout multi brand service on customer/fleet vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, there by individually contributing to generate workshop revenue.

• Provide a delightful experience to AG CARS customers with high quality jobs by fix it right first.
• Capable of working under pressure with set target productive efficiency.
• Takes responsibility for improving his skill competence in order to enhance branch productivity.
  
  

People Management

• Not applicable for technician role.
  
  

Product/Process Improvement

• Continuous learning through on-job activities by proactive measures on latest model vehicles service visit.
• Continual improvement on existing job process to improve productive efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• High School/Diploma/Industrial Training Certifications in Automobile or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  
  

Knowledge & Skill

• Basic Mechanical / Electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and capable of working with them.
• Ability to read and analyse drawings and schematics, reference service manuals and understand mechanical installation related information.
  
  

Experience

• High School with 5 years of work experience in Automobile Workshop.
• Industrial Training Certification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in automobile workshop.
• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with 2 year experience in automobile workshop.
