Technician - Instrumentation

Job Description

Ensure the proper functioning of automated manufacturing equipment. They use a variety of instruments and devices to record and report data.

Operational

• Test, calibrate, install, repair, and inspect manufacturing equipment and devices.
• Also perform general maintenance on the equipment and design new measuring and recording equipment.
• Install and configure all maintenace needed.
• Work with electrical components, plumbing, welding, and carpentry in addition to machine/computer programming.
• Inspect equipment, and facilities, and conduct routine maintenance.
• Assists in installing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets and shower accessories by detaching the existing plumbing and removing the old fixture.
• Respond to client support requests.
• Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Analyis deficiencies in electrical and electronic equipment to determine cause of problems.
  
  

• Assist in all related maintenace support issues.
• Also respond to all maintenance requests recieved.
  
  

• PREFERRED : Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical specialist.
• MINIMUM :
  
  

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical skills.
• Excellent Mathematics skills.
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
  
  

• PREFERRED : Relevant Experience in UAE or Gulf preferred.
• MINIMUM : 2 to 3 years experiences as Technician or similar job.
