Technician - Harley Davidson

Role Overview

As a Technician - Harley Davidson, you will be part of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team in Dubai, where you’ll work in an environment dedicated to providing expert service on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and customizations, ensuring each motorcycle receives the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct detailed inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
• Install accessories and carry out motorcycle customizations according to customer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide professional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience as a motorcycle technician, preferably working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform duties in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  
  

• Technical training or certification related to motorcycle maintenance and repair
• Harley-Davidson factory training or certification
• Additional recognized certifications (Master Technician, ASE, etc.)
