• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Attend to guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Report major repairs or equipment failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  
  

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a General Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
