About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician (Electrician) to join Jumeirah Oasis Village. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Understand complaints and site issues - attend with required tools and equipment, diagnose, and carry out repair, replacement, and maintenance works as needed
• Respond to inquiries professionally - resolve complaints efficiently and complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs, logs, and material records accurately
• Organise work and equipment in a skilled manner - select correct materials from stores and maintain clear documentation of all tasks performed
• Conduct room and site inspections - report damage, highlight issues outside remit, propose solutions, and seek guidance where required
• Ensure safe working conditions - maintain tidy work areas, inform housekeeping when needed, and confirm equipment and materials are ready before service
• Maintain professional standards - attend trainings and meetings, uphold grooming standards, build positive working relationships, support team goals, supervise assistants where required, and carry out additional duties as assigned by management
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Qualified tradesman within discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in as Electrician preferably within the hospitality industry
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
• Reliable and honest team player who adapts well to diverse environments, shows respect for cultural differences, and maintains a high level of energy and professionalism.
