The suitable candidate will lead and supervise daily facilities operations, ensuring reliable operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS-integrated systems. Coordinate manpower, oversee maintenance works, ensure safety compliance, and maintain five-star service standards across the property.

About The Role

• Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks and PPM activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS-related issues.
• Monitor system performance, alarms, and operational parameters.
• Coordinate with Operations, BMS, and Engineering teams for system optimization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, SOPs, and facility standards.
• Verify work quality, close work orders, and report deviations.
• Support shutdowns, emergency response , and critical operations.
• Train , guide, and mentor technicians on site.
• Escalate major faults and recommend improvements.
  
  

About You

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of facilities experience; prior supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS coordination, pumps, and controls.
• Ability to read drawings and lead teams.
• Good reporting, communication, and basic computer skills. 3 .
