Job Title: Technical Writer
- Client location:11 Metrotech Center, 4th Floor, Brooklyn, NY
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Billing: 7 hours per day
- Interview Process: Initial webcam interview followed by an in-person interview
- 7+ years of experience in technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV, QA, PROD)
- Proven experience preparing BOMs, system architecture documentation, and operational runbooks
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, protocols, firewalls)
- Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio (or similar), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
