You make sure our customers get the best out of their power supplies. With your technical knowledge and communication skills, you help solve problems, answer questions, and improve documentation. You’re the link between customers, our products, and our development teams.

We Are Looking For a

“Technical Support Engineer”

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers toward correct and safe use
  • Answer application questions and help users achieve accurate results
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge-base articles
  • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with R&D to improve products
  • Keep clear, structured records of cases and resolutions

Expectations

  • Enthusiastic about solving technical challenges and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Education in electronics (MBO+ or equivalent practical experience)
  • Structured and accurate way of working
  • Affinity with customer interaction
