Technical Support Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements, support on case handling, and be capable to summarize the common issue and solution/protocol, For escalated case, delivery the information to HQ clearly and keep follow up the solution from HQ, feedback to CAS timely.
• Analysis the improvement gaps for team member, conduct the training and guide team member to improve their technical capability, and organize internal training to establish an expert team
• Establish the training plan for new CAS and to provide systematic training to them to pass the certificate in the probation period, and also evaluation the capability improvement of new CAS
• Support on big project delivery, especially on new product product or high end customer.
• Support on distributor centralized training
  
  

• More than 5 years of experience in IVD Local service, experience in Hematology/ Bio-chemistry/ Immunoassay and hospital LIS system is preferred.
• Experience in building a service technology system is preferred.
• Have good communication ability, and can communicate smoothly with Engineers.
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal, Logical thinking and Good Communication Skills.
• LIS connection experience.
• Basic IVD clinical knowledge.
• Teaching Experience is needed.
