Role Overview
The Technical Specialist builds the AI agents and automated workflows of Pinnacle DXB's Finance Automation Program, mainly on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate. You turn the finance team's requirements into working solutions that connect to the ERP and other business systems, with approvals, exceptions and audit trails built in.
Experience: 4–7 years in automation / integration development with at least 2 years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform. Full-time, onsite in Dubai or remote. Finance-domain experience is strongly preferred. The client wants to close this role within 2–3 weeks.

What You'll Work On
- Build AI agents in Copilot Studio for finance use cases such as invoice queries, vendor queries and approvals
- Build Power Automate cloud flows (and desktop flows where needed)
- Connect agents and flows to the ERP, databases, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and other systems using connectors and REST APIs
- Use Azure OpenAI, AI Builder or Document Intelligence for document reading, classification and summarising
- Design human-in-the-loop approvals and exception routing
- Add error handling, retry logic, logging and audit trails
- Manage solutions across dev, test and production environments (ALM); follow security, DLP and data access rules
- Support UAT, go-live and production fixes
- 4–7 years in automation / integration development, with at least 2 years hands-on Power Platform
- Built and deployed agents in Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents)
- Strong Power Automate: approvals, error handling, connectors
- Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration
- REST APIs and JSON
- Has connected automations to an ERP or other business system
- Basic Azure knowledge; finance process automation experience strongly preferred
- Azure OpenAI, AI Builder or Azure AI Document Intelligence
- Power Apps, custom connectors, Azure Functions or Logic Apps
- Power Platform ALM with pipelines or Azure DevOps
- PL-200, PL-400, AI-102 or AZ-204 certifications
- Less than 2 years hands-on Power Platform
- Only demo or proof-of-concept agents, nothing in production
- No integration experience with business systems / APIs
- Under 4 years of automation or development experience
- Practical, user-focused builder
- Documents flows clearly
- Works closely with the finance specialist and engineers to get business rules and exceptions right
- Full-time, dedicated to the Finance Automation Program (one person per role; openings: 1)
- Location: Dubai, UAE (onsite) or Remote
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Professional English required
- ERP and cloud platform to be confirmed by the client (likely SAP / Microsoft Azure; experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics and Azure or AWS is relevant)
- Compensation discussed with shortlisted candidates
- Hiring timeline: the client wants to close this role within 2–3 weeks
