  • Document all customer interactions and solutions using the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Advise customers on the best technical solutions based on their needs and expectations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical know-how and customer service skills.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure problem resolution satisfaction.
  • Utilize remote desktop applications to troubleshoot technical issues where needed.
  • Offer exceptional customer service experience by exceeding customer expectations consistently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering customer relationships and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote desktop applications is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
