Technical Manager Fit Out And Joinery

Black & Grey HR is partnering with one of the UAE’s established construction and infrastructure companies to hire a Technical Manager – Fit out & Joinery. This role is crucial in overseeing the technical delivery of high-end fit out and joinery projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with design teams to align technical specifications.
• Offer expert-level guidance on fit out and joinery materials, techniques, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in fit out and joinery to drive continuous improvement
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in interior design within the fit out industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and technical accuracy.
