Context

Technical / Executive Assistant

Missions/Main Duties

  • Assist one of the Company’s Executive in various tasks including:
    • Administrative including coordination with other Company’s department.
    • Correspondences follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, including maintaining all required correspondences and logs registers.
    • Attending meetings with preparation of minutes of meetings.
    • Executive’s schedule management
    • Etc.
    • Provide ad-hoc support for projects related matters including preparation of presentations and dashboards for meetings at Executive level.
    • Able to prepare formal correspondences and presentations in both English and Arabic.
    • The Technical / Executive Assistant will report directly to the Company’s Executive.

    Profile/Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree or similar with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
    • Fluent in Arabic both oral and written is a must.
    • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
    • Previous experience in communicating with Government Entities.
    • Previous experience in assisting Company’s Executives.
    • Excellent knowledge of all the latest Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
    • Experience in utilizing Aconex is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with challenging milestones and diverse duties.
