Technical Engineer - Architectural

Job SummaryThe Technical Engineer - Interior Design is responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating technical drawings and documentation for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures design intent is translated into accurate shop drawings, compliant with project specifications, authority requirements, and site conditions.Technical Drawing & DocumentationPrepare and review detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings.Develop detailed sections, elevations, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and finish schedules.Ensure drawings are aligned with approved design concepts and project specifications.Coordination & Site SupportCoordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve technical and interface issues.Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and site conditions before preparing drawings.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.4-7 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.Good understanding of joinery detailing, materials, and fit-out construction methods.Experience working on commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality projects.
