Job Summary:

As a Technical Advisor (Digital Transformation), youll provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on digital technologies and best practices.
• Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Change Management: Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions to new digital initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
