What Youll Do

Single point of contact for service governance

Chair monthly service reviews, SLA reporting and compliance tracking

Coordinate change requests, risk and stakeholder communication

Ensure service improvement plan activities and customer satisfaction

Align deliverables with contractual scope and roadmap

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or related roles.

✅ Strong technical knowledge, preferably in IT or software solutions.
