Job Description

The role of a Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a crucial customer-facing position in which you will play a key part in supporting clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our technology solutions. As a TAM, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and providing ongoing support, solutions, and advice to maximize the value of our products. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You'll also be focused on identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping to drive customer success through strategic account management. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding our products and services.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and deliver training sessions and other educational resources for clients.
  • Monitor system performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide input to the product development team.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status and performance.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and business reviews to assess and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is highly beneficial.
