Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will bridge the gap between the company’s technology solutions and client requirements, ensuring a seamless and effective partnership. Your role will be crucial in driving the technical onboarding, deployment, and ongoing technical support of our products and services. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand their technical needs, advising on the best practices for integration, and providing post-sales consultancy to enhance customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will be a vital resource for troubleshooting, gaining insight into product enhancements, and maintaining a proactive customer relationship. As the main technical contact, you will ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, developing and nurturing long-term relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients when needed.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support retention.
  • Monitor and report on customer usage and feedback to product teams.
  • Provide technical consultancy and best practice advice to clients.
  • Coordinate internal resources for effective response to client technical queries.
  • Assess clients' needs and tailor solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Identify areas for feedback and improvement and suggest product enhancements.
  • Ensure clients meet their key contract milestones and performance metrics.
  • Stick to SLAs and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar customer support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing and backend technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate client discussions and presentations.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and resolve client technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a technical environment.
