Team Leader - Telecom Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading a sales team
• Assigning targets & product mix to each store
• Monitoring daily activities of sales team
• Review performance of sales team and prepare month plans to meet targets
• Regular/daily location/store visits
• Upkeep & process adherence at locations
• Daily monitoring of stores & follow ups on productivity
• Monitoring and updating the competition activities & Schemes.
• Design & roll out of incentive schemes for sales team
• Ensure monitoring of stocks & proper display at stores
• Daily updates to senior management
• Monitoring and on time settlement of commissions to sales team
• Support team for sales and other operational issues.
• Store stock and sale reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS 

• Strong Telecom sales background
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in front end sales
