About The Role

Are you ready to step up and lead retail sales team? Do you enjoy delivering outstanding shopping service? You will work in one of the Atlantis branded retail outlets and carry various responsibilities in order to achieve standards and business goals. You must be prepared to continuously strive for perfection, lead your team by example, provide trainings to improve their individual sales performance, and promote effective communication within the retail division and across the resort.

About You

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced retail environment and 1 year as a team leader. To ensure your personal and professional growth dedicated managers will support you along the way by improving your supervision, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Fluency in English is a must, and an additional language is advantageous, such as Chinese, German, Italian, Spanish Arabic or French.
