Diploma or BE in Printing Technology

Lead and guide finishing operators and support staff while fostering a high‑performance work culture through continuous motivation and clear expectations. Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate appropriate training to strengthen capabilities. Monitor performance closely and take timely corrective action whenever output quality or productivity falls below required standards. Good eperience strong knowledge in printing and packaging .

Job scheduling ,Approve Final Finished Product Before Bulk Run

Lead and Motivate Operators for Efficient Execution

Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance to the team. Motivate the team to maintain pace, precision, and accountability. Intervene when output deviates from expected standards and reinforce best practices.

Follow Up on Preventive Maintenance chedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of Machines (e.g., Sheetfed , perfecting,Web ). Track machine health, document maintenance activities, and escalate recurring issues to minimize downtime.

Drive Production Efficiency in a Section

Analyze workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost throughput. Optimize manpower allocation, reduce material wastage, and ensure seamless coordination between printing, binding, and packing stages
