Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader – Personal Loan & Credit Card Sales to manage, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE or home country banking sales and a strong ability to achieve targets while building a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan & Credit Card sales executives

• Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and conversions

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and UAE regulations

• Support team members in client acquisition and relationship management

• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Personal Loan and/or Credit Card sales

• Experience in UAE banking or home country banking is acceptable

• Proven leadership or team-handling capability

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and compliance
