About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader (Obab Al Bahar) to join Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. 

·         Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.

·         Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.

·         Demonstrate compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.

·         Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.

·         Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

·         Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field

·         Basic Computer Knowledge

·         Technical know-how where applicable (Intermediate)

·         Exposure of handling telephone enquiries

·         Exposure of handling Micros Cashiering system
