About The Job

• Lead and motivate our Breakfast Service Team at The Fore, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
• Oversee daily breakfast operations, from guest greeting to buffet replenishment.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold Jumeirahs luxury service standards during breakfast.
• Monitor and enhance service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration for a seamless morning experience.

• Possess strong leadership and coaching skills, passionate about developing a high-performing service team.
• A detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for maintaining impeccable service standards.
