The role involves managing daily cheque handling in line with SOPs, reconciling and monitoring the chub tracker process, and maintaining accurate inventory records for tablets and ID readers. It includes overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the Neo account activation team to ensure service levels are met, developing the team to deliver superior customer experience, and serving as a communication link between frontline staff and management. The position requires providing creative solutions in a dynamic environment, managing MIS functions with regular reporting, ensuring monthly exception tracking and adherence to escalation processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to extract and consolidate data for management reports and dashboards.
