About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver premium and specialized spa treatments, including advanced massage techniques, holistic therapies, and signature rituals, customized to meet the needs of VIP and elite-tier guests.
• Conduct detailed pre-treatment consultations to assess guest wellness history, preferences, and special requirements, creating personalized therapy plans.
• Create exclusive spa journeys by incorporating luxury products, aromatherapy, and wellness enhancements to provide exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation, ensuring treatment rooms and spa areas consistently reflect ultra-luxury standards.
• Act as a trusted wellness advisor by recommending tailored wellness programs, retail products, and lifestyle enhancements to support guest well-being.
• Handle VIP guests with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, accurate guest records, and personalized service for repeat visits.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent is required, along with an advanced, nationally recognized professional health therapy qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment, with proven expertise in advanced treatments and regular exposure to VIP and elite-tier clientele.
• Additional certifications in holistic therapies, luxury skincare, or wellness programs are highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional ability to conduct in-depth guest consultations, personalize treatments, and deliver bespoke wellness experiences at an ultra-luxury standard.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, with strong communication skills and a passion for global wellness trends and continuous learning.
