About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead - Food & Beverage to join Olivine at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee Bar inventories, ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage area.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies, HACCP processes, F&B standard operating procedures, and instructions enabling delivery of luxurious service to guests and in line with Jumeirah standard of excellence
• Work closely with Bartenders serving all guests and supporting them as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Performs routine checks on hygiene, cleanliness and functionality of general operational equipment, and reports any problem related to the dept concerned and or to the Outlet / Asst Outlet Manager. 
• Overlooks and maintains spoilage and spillage reports. 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of beverage products, mixology techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
• Demonstrates confidence in recommending premium beverages, promoting specials, and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Responds promptly to guest concerns and operational challenges, ensuring effective resolution.
• Adapts effectively to guest requests and operational demands while maintaining exceptional service standards.
