As Team Lead Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers while overseeing the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that support project success and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers.
• Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, including calculations, lift plans, drawings and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex heavy lifting and transport solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Project Management to deliver safe and effective project outcomes.
• Monitor engineering quality, compliance, performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage departmental reporting, budgets and resource utilization.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Professional level experience in engineering operation practices and systems, HLT equipment, internal codes and standards\
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within heavy lifting, construction, offshore, oil & gas, mining or related industries.
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering calculations, risk assessments and international engineering standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
